This is an International installation using a total of 10
LD8 -62-68 Thincells
Very low clearance envelope was no problem for the
Thincells.
The end user wrapped the top of the cells with plastic to protect the components from paint drippings
Side by Side installation provides maximum anode area in a small tank. This tank has five cells per side. 5 supply lines,
5 return lines, and 5 quick disconnects for power. Easy to diagnose if a problem rises. Tube cells would be doubled.
10 Thincells have the anolyte flow controlled by 10 Quality
Blue White flow meters. The end user purchased the
industrial recognised meters simply because they only
needed 10 of them. The cost doubled with requirements of
the Tubular cell format

Thincells Installed in a TTX System.

It does not matter what OEM system you have, ACR can design replacement cells, that fit right in.
Below is a TTX system which Tubular cell were mounted in a trough. ACR designed a hanger that allowed a simple,
fast, and strong installation. The hanger is seen in Photo #1.

hangers are attached to the Thincell side rails. This
tank had Tubular cells bolted in the trough previously.
