About Our Business
About Us
ACR
ACR started up in the first quarter of 2006.  Our
initial offering was “C” and Box Cell rebuilding
services.  In the 1st Qtr Of 2006 the ThinCell was
developed and introduced.
In the 3rd Quarter of 2006, Our “TubularCell”
Tubular anolyte cell went into our expanding line of
products. As our name says, we are Anolyte Cell
Resources. The only Anolyte Cell manufacturer
that provides “C”, Box, Tubular, and Thincell
anolyte cells and services.

In 2007 ACR introduced the custom FRP guard
used on the ThinCell. The introduction of the patent
pending Modular Tubular Cell (MTC) was unveiled
Summer 2007 as well. The MTC has solved
coatings issues, that the competitors cells could
not. As with all our products only the finest
materials are used.

  • Premium membrane AMI 7001 sheet.
  • True schedule 40 PVC components
  • Certified 316L Stainless Steel
  • Designed for low structural blinding that
    increases efficiency.
  • Low price- "meet or beat policy"

ACR is focused on customer satisfaction.
"Performance Unmatched" is not just for our
products, it is in serving the industry as well.

ACR has ThinCells that
now have been in
service for almost 4
years continuously.
I have been asked how
long does a ThinCell
last?

Going on 4 years with
no maintenance !!

This is at a current
density of 8 amps/sqft.
Tubular cells are only
rated at 5 amps/sqft
and require the anode
to be rotated!!

The ThinCell provides
more current density at
less voltage, which
equals greater
electrical efficiency.

What does that mean?

The end user uses less
energy up to 33% less!

The customer has
proven this many times
out in the field. It is true
"Thin is in", and will
save money on your
bottom line.

many cells to a

The 2009 Model ThinCell

ACR introduces our Heavy Duty
version of the original design.

The HD version incorporates a
robust frame for a more universal
application.
2010; ACR introduces the
"AutoCell"
This larger more robust version
of the industrial ThinCell is
designed to replace to old bulky,
electrically inefficient "C" cells at
a cost of about half of what you
would expect.
